All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars, and do not include shipping. In some cases a shipping cost will be listed on the product page; if not, I will contact you with a total based on your mailing address.

Shipping Address
All shipments must go to the verified address that is registered with the PayPal account from which you send your payment. . No exceptions. Shipping only within the United States at this time.
Pre-Order Policy
Deposit confirms an order. An order is not an order until deposit is received.
In the case of a sold out item, orders will be filled in the order of deposit received.
Deposit will be refunded if order cannot be filled.
Once preorder is complete there is no cancellation of order.
Deposits are not refundable unless order cannot be filled & deposits are not transferrable.
Ordering multiples on preorder: To be fair - especially on very limited items - you can order multiples, but if there is a sold out situation orders will be filled with 1 per person first & extras offered after preorder requests are filled. This pertains only during preorder time period as I will do all I can to fill your order.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within seven (7) days on damaged (that cannot be remedied by the manufacturer) merchandise only. Exchanges will be made for damaged items. If the damaged item purchased was the last of our stock, then customer will be given the option for a refund, store credit for future purchases, or to pick out other inventory of equal value. Orders are checked thoroughly before shipping to ensure that products are not broken. You must contact us with an explanation of the damaged merchandise received for our approval in consideration of an exchange. Shipping costs for returns is the sole responsibility of the buyer. There will be no refunds.
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and up to the discretion of Denise's Dolls. If an order has been approved for return, the merchandise being sent back to us must be in their original packaging (if applicable), and in the condition that we sent it.
